Calibration Services
- Instrument collection if necessary
- Instrument removal if necessary
- Installation of customer spare sensor or loaner if available
- Reinstallation of calibrated instrument if necessary
- Revalidation if applicable
- Test equipment is traceable to National Standards (NIST)
- Calibration Certificates are issued with each calibrated instrument
- Sensor calibration tracking. Customer will be notified when their instruments are due for service Adams Instruments Calibration Standards and Procedures conform to the various National (ASTM F328-98) and international Calibration Standards and Procedures (JIS B9921) for Airborne Particle Counters.
The calibration of Airborne Particle Counters is done in accordance to JIS B9921 with the following steps:
a) Airflow Measurements
b) False Count
c) Particle Sizing
d) Counting Efficiency
All our calibration laboratories are maintained in accordance to ISO17025
